Welcome to QRNova. By using our platform, you agree to the terms described below. These terms Aim to ensure a safe and fair experience for all our users.
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using QRNova, you enter into a binding contract with us. The service consists of tools for creating, managing, and analyzing static and dynamic QR Codes.
2. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity performed through your account will be your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
It is prohibited to use QRNova to create QR Codes that direct to illegal, malicious, misleading content or that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. PRO Subscriptions and Payments
The PRO plan offers advanced features via a recurring subscription. Processing is securely handled by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal, and PRO access will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
The QRNova brand, platform design, and source code are our exclusive property. Generated QR Codes and the content inserted into them belong to the user, who grants us a limited license only for service provision.
6. Service Modifications
We are constantly evolving. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable prior notice, always aiming to improve the user experience.
